1 Acceptance of Terms

4.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Daily withdrawal limits depend on your VIP membership tier. Standard members may withdraw up to RM5,000 per day, while Platinum VIP members may withdraw up to RM50,000 per day.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the chosen method and the time the request is submitted. Requests submitted late at night may be processed on the next business day.

4.3 Failed Deposits

If your deposit has not been credited to your account within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction (a screenshot of your payment receipt). We will investigate and resolve the issue within 1 working hour.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 999 Kiss are subject to the specific terms stated in each respective promotion. The following general conditions apply to all promotions:

In cases of termination unrelated to fraud, any real money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member within 7 business days. Where termination arises from a breach of terms, 999 Kiss reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Requests will be processed within 24 hours.

9 Limitation of Liability
